I’m Harry Allen—strategic advisor, leadership coach, brand strategist, and founder of Be The Answer, a high-impact consulting and coaching firm that helps visionary leaders, creatives, athletes, and brands build sustainable systems, scale their influence, and lead with clarity, purpose, and measurable results. With a background in People Relations, Legal, and Logistics, I bring a systems-oriented lens to leadership—one that blends operational rigor with strategic clarity.

For over a decade, I’ve operated at the crossroads of leadership development, enterprise strategy, and cultural influence—advising and equipping thousands of leaders across corporate, nonprofit, entertainment, and faith-based sectors. My work has taken me around the world, with consulting and leadership engagements in Poland, the UK, Canada, Brazil, the UAE, and Australia.
